I highly recommend a full day of coverage! That way I can capture your complete wedding story with whatever timeline we’ve planned out, allowing you to feel more relaxed on your big day. Each moment of your wedding day is going to feel more significant because it’s only being experienced by a select few people, so the photographs documenting the day are much more valuable and you’ll want to have memories of every moment.
How much wedding day coverage should we plan for?
In general, weddings under 75 guests tend to be considered an intimate wedding, though most have around 30-50. It’s not just the guest count that makes a wedding day feel intimate - it’s the atmosphere you create for your special day during the planning process.
How many guests can we have?
NO! This is your wedding, do what you want! An amazing dinner with some ambient music can be just as amazing.
Do we Have to have a dancing reception?
YESSSSS! Nothing screams ‘intimate wedding’ like hosting it in your backyard. The personal touch of getting married at your current home or your childhood home is unreal. Have fur-babies? A backyard wedding is an excellent way to include them in your wedding day.
What about Backyard Weddings?
Ideally less than 20, but sometimes 25.
I put a lot of time and energy into planning my clients' weddings and elopements with them, as well as all the photography work after the big day. Because of that I only take on a select few clients per year so that I can devote my attention to my clients and their wedding the way they deserve.
